Maria's 22-year tenure at Oakmont of Brookside has been marked by unwavering kindness, empathy and dedication to providing exceptional care to the community's residents. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, creating meaningful connections and nurturing a culture of love and support. She is committed to providing compassionate care and fostering a sense of belonging among the residents. Outstanding Team Member Herman Dacong Driver, Atria Willow Glen Herman has redefined the role of “driver,” leaving a lasting impact on residents and team members alike. His contagious energy and trademark zest for life go beyond mere transportation services. Herman's commitment to the community extends far beyond his responsibilities behind the wheel. He readily assists other departments and engages with residents in various activities. Outstanding Department Director Olivia Sterba Executive Assistant, Carlton Senior Living – Orangevale Olivia’s vibrant spirit and can-do attitude make her an invaluable asset. She has become the calm during the storm for her fellow managers and the entire community. She has remained steadfast and focused on the positive, enabling new employes to feel at home in their roles. Her outstanding performance recently led to a promotion as an employee engagement specialist at the corporate office.
